Step 1: Sign Up

1. Visit www.typingpro.in
2. Click "Sign Up" in the top right corner
3. Enter your email, name, and create a secure password

Step 2: Verify Email

If you signed up with email, check your inbox for a verification link. Click the link to activate your account. Check spam folder if you don't see it.

Step 3: Start Practicing

Once verified, you can immediately access the Demo Test and Typing Playground.

What is Typing Playground?

The Typing Playground is your practice hub where you can improve your typing skills without any time limits or pressure. It's perfect for daily practice and skill development.

• Interactive Lessons: Step-by-step lessons for beginners to advanced users
• Keyboard Visualization: Learn proper finger positioning with visual guides
• Key Practice: Focus on specific keys that need improvement
• Real-time Feedback: See your accuracy and speed as you type

How to Use:

1. Navigate to Typing Playground from the sidebar
2. Select a lesson or choose "Practice Mode"
3. Start typing the displayed text
4. Review your stats (WPM, accuracy, errors) in real-time
5. Use the keyboard guide to learn proper finger placement

About Demo Test

The demo test is completely free and gives you a feel for the real exam interface. It's perfect for first-time users to understand how typing tests work on TypingPro.

What's in the Test Library?

The Test Library contains hundreds of carefully curated typing tests designed specifically for competitive exam preparation. Each test mimics real exam conditions.

Test Categories:

• SSC CGL: Previous year papers and practice tests
• SSC CHSL: Comprehensive typing tests for CHSL exam
• Railway NTPC: Railway exam-specific typing tests
• Previous Year Papers: Actual exam papers for practice

Requirements:

Access to Test Library requires an active premium subscription. View plans

What are Live Tests?

Live tests are scheduled typing competitions where you compete with other aspirants in real-time. They're held weekly and provide a competitive environment to test your skills.

Schedule:

• Frequency: Every Sunday
• Duration: Tests are available for 24 hours (midnight to midnight)
• Types: SSC CGL, SSC CHSL, and Railway NTPC tests
• Results: Available immediately after completion

How to Join:

1. Go to Live Test from the sidebar
2. View upcoming tests and their schedules
3. Click "Join Test" when the test window is open
4. Complete the test within the time limit
5. Check leaderboard for your ranking

Create Personalized Tests

The Custom Test feature allows you to practice with your own content. Perfect for practicing specific topics or content relevant to your exam.

Requirements:

• Passage length: 1500-2100 characters
• Minimum duration: 10 seconds
• You can paste any text content

How to Create:

1. Navigate to Personalized Test
2. Paste or type your content (1500-2100 characters)
3. Set the test duration (minimum 10 seconds)
4. Click "Start Test"
5. Complete the test and view results

Track Your Progress

The Test Results page shows all your completed tests with detailed performance metrics. Use it to track improvement over time and identify areas that need work.

What You Can See:

• WPM (Words Per Minute) and Net WPM
• Accuracy percentage
• Error breakdown (full mistakes, half mistakes, omissions)
• Test date and time
• Test title and type
• Download/print results

Your Performance Hub

The dashboard provides a complete overview of your typing practice journey with statistics, charts, and leaderboard rankings.

Dashboard Features:

• Overall Statistics: Total tests, average WPM, accuracy, practice time
• Weekly Progress: Charts showing improvement over time
• Leaderboard: Your ranking compared to other users
• Recent Activity: Latest test attempts and results
• Quick Actions: Fast access to common features

View Subscription Details

Go to Billing section to view your current plan, expiry date, and payment history.

Subscription Expiry

Subscriptions do not auto-renew. You'll need to purchase a new plan before or after your current subscription expires. Your test history and progress are always preserved.

Sign In Methods

TypingPro offers multiple secure ways to sign in to your account:

How to Sign In:

1. Go to Sign In page
2. Choose your preferred sign-in method
3. For Email & Password: Enter your email and password, then click Sign In
4. For Email with OTP: Enter your email, click "Send OTP", check your email for the code, enter it, and sign in
5. You'll be redirected to your dashboard after successful sign-in

Creating an Account

Sign up is quick and easy. Create your account using your email address and a secure password.

Sign Up Steps:

1. Click Sign Up in the top navigation
2. Enter your name, email address, and create a strong password
3. If using email, verify your email address (check inbox for verification code)
4. Enter the verification code to activate your account
5. Start practicing immediately!

Password Requirements:

• Minimum 8 characters long
• Should include a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols
• Use a unique password not used elsewhere
• Password strength indicator helps you create a secure password

How to Reset Your Password

If you can't remember your password, use the OTP (One-Time Password) method to sign in and then update your password. This is the only way to reset your password on TypingPro.

Steps to Reset Password:

1. Clear your browser cache (Ctrl+Shift+Delete or Cmd+Shift+Delete on Mac)
2. Go to the Sign In page
3. Select "Sign In with Email using OTP" tab
4. Enter your registered email address
5. Click "Send OTP"
6. Check your email inbox for the OTP verification code
7. Enter the 6-digit OTP code to sign in
8. After successful sign-in, go to Account Section (or Profile/Settings)
9. Navigate to the password update section
10. Enter your new password and confirm it
11. Save the changes

Why Verify Your Email?

Email verification ensures the security of your account and allows us to send you important updates, password reset links, and account notifications.

How Email Verification Works:

1. After signing up with email, you'll receive a verification code
2. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for an email from TypingPro
3. Enter the 6-digit code on the verification page
4. Your account will be activated immediately after verification

Didn't Receive Verification Code?

• Check your spam/junk folder
• Wait 2-3 minutes and check again
• Verify the email address is correct
• Click "Resend Code" if needed
• Contact support if you still don't receive it
